Our Trainers are experienced technology professionals who are working or have earlier worked for leading IT companies in India and abroad. Our faculty members come from every discipline of software development industry like software programmers, team leaders and project managers with adequate experience in training and grooming budding technology professionals. They are qualified (some of them merit holders) MCAs, B.Techs, MBAs and commercial artists from renowned universities.

Students find our faculty to be expert in their fields and well informed about latest technological updates relating to their fields. This helps in imparting a high level training with an advanced and regularly updated curriculum. Many of our faculty members also work with UG Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd (our software development group company). This helps them train our students to use technology tools to solve business problems; one of the most important qualities that companies look for.

Faculty Training programs: At UGS Academy, all faculty members have to attend a special faculty grooming program. This scientifically designed program helps them hone their training skills to ensure homogenous and individualized focus and also imparting performance orientation to our students.
